The History of American Pop Music is an award-winning quartet that has been entertaining and educating
school and festival audiences with this unique, live celebration of the history of Rock ‘n’ Roll since 1990. From
African rhythms, Delta Blues, Swing, R&B, Country through Elvis, Motown, Beatles, Hendrix, Disco and World
Beat, they masterfully deliver a program filled with fun while sharing the tremendous educational and musical

(League of Musical Electronic Urban Robots) Date and time to be determined
If you’ve see Pat Metheny lately, you’ve seen LEMUR in action – as he uses LEMUR musical robots as his
orchestra! Eric Singer is a musician, artist, engineer, and programmer with 20 years of experience in
interactive performance, alternative instruments, robotics, and graphics. Live demonstrations of robots may
include GuitarBot, ModBots, and XyloBot, as well as other exotic instruments including the Sonic Banana and

This classical master class and assembly program is presented by an ultra-talented young quintet from the
prestigious (and world-renown) Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia. CWQ’s instrumentation consists of flute,
clarinet, oboe, bassoon and French horn. The assembly program will be open to students of all grade levels with master classes focusing on students of those instruments. This program is a reprise of a very successful program from our 2008-2009 Season. (http://www.curtis.edu/ )

traditional Russian instruments and background. Their repertoire ranges from the works of Bach, Vivaldi,
